Mary is a licensed Colorado mortgage lender. All
S.A.F.E. licensing components available as of March
2010 have also been successfully completed.

Before licensing was available in Colorado, the
only designation available for professionals in the
mortgage field was the Certified Mortgage Lender
designation from the Colorado Mortgage Lenders
Association.

Mary has held this designation since 2003 and is
one of a select few mortgage professionals in
Colorado so designated.

This designation requires experience,
knowledge, ethics, and education in the field of
mortgage lending.

With an education in finance, a background in
sales, marketing, and customer service plus a
20 year track record of professional
achievement, Mary has the skills and expertise
to help mortgage clients in today's challenging
market.

Prior to becoming a Colorado mortgage lender
in 2001, Mary worked for Halliburton Industries
based right here in Denver, Colorado.

Mary was the National Sales and Marketing
Manager for Bentonite Performance Minerals, a
company that mined and produced bentonite
products for sale across the globe.

In that position, Mary's primary responsibilities
were all of the non-oil field sales around the
world.

Its ironic that today, as a mortgage lender in
Colorado, she is often still around bentonite in
one form or another. . .but her knowledge does
not include soils engineering.

For ten consecutive years, Mountain Crest
Mortgage has been ranked in Denver' Top 25
Largest Mortgage Companies in Colorado
according to the Denver Business Journal.

Mountain Crest Mortgage places a major
emphasis on customer satisfaction and, as a
result, has been a multi-year recipient of the
BBB Gold Star Award as well as the winner of
the 2009 Denver/Boulder BBB Torch Award for
Marketplace Ethics (Small Business Category).

On March 18, 2010, Mountain Crest was also
awarded the CEBA Award.
